Issue: Is ATT not working?

Solutions to the issue:

To find out if there is an outage:

1. Go to: http://repair.att.com/repair/landing.do
2. choose High Speed Internet/DSL and enter your telephone number.
If there is no outage in your area, you will be prompted to create a trouble report for your repair issue.
