Issue: Public Folders are not saved to the favorites bar.
Affects: Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition
Solutions to the issue:

1) Drag the public folder into the Area Marked “Subscribed Public Folders” This will cause your folders to be cached locally
2) Add to the favorites bar as you normally would.
